Plans and limits

Four plans, no free tier. Payment is handled by Whop.

Features and support#

Every plan includes Discord support. Agency also includes support through a dedicated Discord channel.

Client separation, Preflight, warmup, the Content Library, scheduling and every piece of evidence are in all four plans. A separation you have to upgrade into is not a separation, and a safety property behind a paywall is a bad safety property.

Studio and Agency also include remote control with your mouse and keyboard. The Desktop App must explicitly share each Device. Solo and Rack do not include remote control. See Share and control Devices to get started.

Invited VAs use the customer's Workspace subscription. They do not need their own paid plan. Their uploads count toward that Workspace's storage allowance, including uploads made from remote control. Studio includes 100 GB; Agency includes 500 GB. A separate named-VA seat limit is not currently enforced.

When you reach a limit#

tame names which allowance you hit and by how much. "Limit reached" tells you nothing you can act on; knowing you are adding a ninth Account to a plan that allows eight turns a wall into a decision.

Changing plan#

Up takes effect immediately. Down is checked first: if your usage exceeds the smaller plan, tame says exactly what must be removed rather than accepting the downgrade and quietly disabling things.

Cancelling#

Runs to the end of the period you paid for. Stopping on the day you cancel would take something you bought: on day two of a paid month it would interrupt every warmup ramp while you are owed twenty eight days.
